Excellent app, service and features. I was able to take to Mo the chatbot and fix my IP address to improve my NAT on my Xbox during a Saturday night and it worked! So impressive. Simple plans and pricing, good product service. I think the app had a bug when I tried to end hibernation where I had to log out and in again to make it work, but that’s it.
Was okay; went to log back in after not using for a while. Told I was already logged in somewhere else (was not); Refused to accept my password which I know is correct as had saved in password keeper and had not changed recently (was working last time). Confirmed no change of password emails (and still getting account emails on that address). Decided to do change password anyway and get a ‘500 error’
They have fixed the speed boost feature. It does what you would expect it to do, nothing fancy just another way to double check your plan details.
