Eversource Energy

I’ve had a great experience using the Eversource app. It’s easy to navigate, payments are simple to make, and I like being able to quickly check my balance and energy usage anytime. The outage updates and notifications are also very helpful. Everything is organized clearly, and the app saves a lot of time compared to calling customer service. Very convenient and user-friendly!

I just moved to New England last year from Las Vegas area, and out there I had NV Energy and they would send me text messages every day telling me how much my projected bill was. Or I could log onto the app and see my projected bill every day. That saved me tons of money because if I saw the price going too high, I would check to see if there was something going on and then I would correct that and the bill would go back down again. I wish Eversource had something like that rather than just getting the bill information after the billing period is completed.
