Absolutely terrible user experience. I registered for a new account, but when I tried to log in just seconds later, it failed. To make matters worse, the app has a ridiculous logic error: 1. When I try to reset my password, it tells me "Email doesn't exist." 2. When I try to re-register using the same email, it tells me "Email is already registered." How can an account both "not exist" and be "already registered" at the same time? Your system is completely broken and it's a total waste of time. Please fix this bug immediately!

Very bad app with error of the systems, putting me in the risk of missing the promo and stock. Stupid systems still attached the one time discount coupon with the unsuccessful old order, preventing me to apply the one time discount coupon to my newly recreated order. The old order is nowhere to be found in the systems after a unsuccessful payment process so I was unable to reprocess the payment but to recreate a new order. Very frustrating…I have yet to use the one time discount. How can the systems not allow me to use or apply the discount coupon? No Technical support available at night and need to wait until tomorrow morning, putting me at the risk of miss out the 143 anniversary promo discount and stock availability. Stupid, frustrating, disappointing and bad systems. 😡

It lags every time you select something. But the worst is that the shipping and billing address disappears if you leave the page and you have to spend half a minute clicking and waiting for it to load again. Wouldn’t have used it if there wasn’t an instant rebate.
