Empower Online Coaching

I requested one month gym programme and accountability. I was told I have to subscribe for 3 months but I can cancel. I was promised that I would have accountability and that I would receive the gym programme. I explained I did not want to continue afterwards because I don’t have a gym while I am on holiday then. I was very clear from the start with Hannah and Emma. It’s been more than 2 weeks and I still do not have a gym programme and get a response once a day (in the middle of the night) with no changes to the plan. It’s a generic programme with no accountability, no encouragement, no one there for you when you actually need them. The app does not have notifications so you have to keep checking for a response all day too which is extremely frustrating. The generic plan also meant I could not train 2 days in a row because it had the same exercises so if you have sore muscles from the previous session you cannot train. It felt very much like they do not have experience in coaching or strength training. But still took 190 pounds off my card when I was told it was 150 pounds and a 25 pound charge for start up. I feel scammed!
