Every time I have an IT issues technical and no body know why or want to take action .. just I would thanks customer care and my account manager for there follow up

I have had a good experience in general with EIB and always preferred over other banks, but this completely changed when I tried to open an Alpha youth account for my daughter, I went to the branch initially and they told me the Alpha account can be open digitally through the app with few simple steps and this is when the nightmare started, I did the account opening through the app but when the tried to deliver to me the debit card, the courrier showed to my door with the card only to tell me after scanning my ID that the package is not showing in the system and I need to visit the branch, long story short it has been 2 weeks, 2 visits to the branch and multiple complaints through the call center and still not resolved. Needless to say it has been the most frustrating account opening experience for me in the UAE!

I have been banking with Emirates Islamic Bank and every time I apply for a loan or credit card, I am informed that my business owner status does not qualify me, and these services are only available to salaried individuals. Despite maintaining 75% of my wealth in my account with your bank, this policy does not seem fair to business owners like myself. I believe this treatment is not appropriate for loyal customers who significantly invest in your bank. I had to withdraw all my money and sent it to my emirates nbd account, since, they valued me and issue me a credit card and also advise to apply for auto loan with my business profile with them. Kudos to Emirates NBD.
