EasyCloud for WD My Cloud

First off they should have no stars. I have sent several emails about the app for Apple TV not working. I have been waiting for a response since May 17th and nothing. And all there other apps do not work. I had to get refunds frim Apple. They just take your money and when upgrades to Apple products happen, and the app breaks - they already have your money and have no incentive to fix the app, because you cannot get anyone. You cannot locate a proper telephone number for the company. If you do it does not work. Your are forced to email and no one responds.

Needs the added ability to play iTunes purchased movies so we can movie them off our internal storage on our iPads otherwise works great for none drm protected videos and could use picture in picture mode needs the ability to change meta data love it so far and needs meta data support so we can change the disciption and art work

Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. This app looks great but I wish I could get my money back. It was a big pain to get this app to find my mycloud, and when it did, it wasn’t any better than the free WD app. The interface was nice once you got to a movie folder and you get information in a pretty format but some movies would lose audio after playing a little while and crash my Apple TV. Then the app would completely lose my connection and I would need to start all over again.... I think this app could be cool if they would fix these issues... another bonus would be to give the user on screen volume control for the iPhone app.
