It was my first time using the DR GO service, and I was really impressed by how advanced the technology has become. The whole process-from waiting to seeing the doctor-was very smooth, and the medicine delivery was incredibly fast. Sometimes when you’re sick, you really don’t feel like going out, so this service is super convenient. I highly recommend everyone to try it, and I hope there will be even more services in the future.

What made the experience even better was that as a One Wellness program member, I was able to claim the full medical expenses easily after returning to HK. Before was ok, but now the whole process is getting really slow and takes longer time. Now it takes more than 5 hours to get the medicine and I’m just living in sheung wan. Please speed the whole process up.
