I have been with them for almost 1.5 years now. It was going good for the first few months, but after a while. I ran into so many issues. I kept switching coaches due to their schedules, had no-shows and cancellations, and it became more of a nuisance rather than it actually helping me and meeting my mental health needs

I had a few coaching sessions with coach Joshua. Prior to this, I had a hard time finding a mental health coach in Chicago. Every time, I had to explain the cultural background to supplement the context for my family relationship. And sometimes the advice I received from them were just not practical. (Such as using silence treatment to set boundaries with my parents…) The conversation is much better with a coach who has personal experience about Asian culture and is also trained with Asian individuals in mind. Highly recommend this service to anyone who’s looking to overcome family or personal challenges.

This is an app for mental health coaching. Great app design that allows the user to navigate through the system seamlessly. Great mental health coaching from a supportive staff who understands the mental health issues, distinctive for an Asian or otherwise. Great app, great coaching. Enough said.
