I have to delete and redownload this app on a regular basis due to random crashes and inability to sync to the server. The search patient feature is useless because even after entering a patients name and date of birth, I have to scroll through long lists of patients with alternative first names and dates of birth. The scroll wheel feature for entering numeric values like dates is ridiculous and overly sensitive, making it difficult and time consuming to enter in dates of birth or admission. Would not recommend to anyone. Do better.

Dr. Rounds has made our rounding efficient and accurate. We’ve seen our revenue increase by 15% and our charges are never delayed because they are posted daily thanks to the instantaneous syncing of data to the billers via the WebApp Portal. The Nephrology feature is invaluable (so they say) but I don’t use it since I’m a surgeon.

My partner and I have used this app since its inception. Every revision gets better and better. The customer service is amazing with every update fixing or addressing even the most minor requests. The program does everything you could ask for in a rounding app except pull your lab results. Coding, billing, notes,image exchange, real-time updates on patient status. It has streamlined our office billing and reduced our accounts receivable. I highly recommend to anyone looking to tame a medical practice.
