This is the best fitness app and it’s not even close! Everything you’d need and want in a fitness app! The workouts are perfect! They target whatever area you need to work out and the variety of nutritional plans are spot on with the type of foods you need to include in your diet to reach your fitness and health goals. I’m a former professional NFL player and did not expect these workouts (which are extremely simple to follow for anyone) to have these type of results. Would definitely recommend. If you’re a disciplined person and can stick to one of his 4 week plans in combination with one of his suggested nutrition plans, you’ll see great results without question! App works perfect! Always adding new workouts and challenges for people to follow along with.

Love this app, it’s just perfect. Honestly, I liked going to the gym but the time it took for me to go there and the whole routine made it difficult for me. With this I can do my workout anywhere and truly workout. The exercises are perfect, whether it’s a short ten minute one( which comes in handy because I can’t always do a long one for lack of time) or the hour long exercises; I know and feel my the length of a full workout. The challenges make this different everyday and the personalization is an added bonus. I’ve lost so much more weight with this app than any gym membership or plans on my own. It’s definitely worth it’s subscription. The amount I save by not going to the gym and the catalog of exercise are great. Even a personal trainer at the gym cost more than what you get here for three months. Definitely recommend!

I had this app a while back, and it was amazing and I really loved the workouts and how they allow you to modify the workouts. But I started having issues with the app crashing and also needed to down size bills so I unsubscribed and deleted it. Once my finances looked better I re-downloaded the app to enjoy the workouts again. Well I subscribed but it would not unlock the premium features. So first I checked my payment options and settings and everything was correct so I reached out to the Dovies team. After a week of no reply, I put in another contact form available through the app only to get an immediate reply that was rudely worded. The contact rep pretty much out the blame for it not working on me, told me to check what I already checked, and then only offered a bare helpful sense of how to fix the issue. I love the workouts, but I’ll pass on this app because the service is terrible. No one wants to be berated when they’re having technical difficulties.
