Amazing Workout App

This is my go to fitness app. There is something for everyone. I primarily use the fitness programs, but the app offers recipes, shopping, a forum, and educational reading. I started doing BBG from the PDF version for about 3 months (Pre-training and BBG 1.0). I since have transitioned fully to the app. Here are my thoughts: App Pros -Easy-to-use and appealing design -Includes weekly challenges, targeted workouts, targeted recovery, and a wide selection of fitness programs (not found in the PDF version) -Built in timer for both circuits, rest, and recovery -Meal and snack recipes and plans for everyday (same as PDF) -Build in grocery list builder -Alternative workout recommendations for each move -Education section includes the same information as in the guides -Ability to move your workouts around Mon-Sun. -Notifications to help prevent you from overtraining -You can schedule non-Sweat workouts App Cons -Weeks only starts on Mondays. Rest time is set, cannot increase or decrease. The trainers recommend adjusting this to your level, but the app does not allow for it -You do not get too keep the workouts like you do in the PDF version. If you cancel your subscription, all access is gone. Please note: Some fitness programs may require a gym membership. Others can be done without any equipment. Overall, I love the app, the community, and the programs. The app functionality has come such a long way since launch. If you haven’t tried out the recent version, I HIGHLY recommend it.

It’s just everything

I love the workouts. Love the selection and how you can find workouts to fit your environment and equipment availability. They have pregnancy and post-pregnancy tailored workouts. The easy ability to substitute exercises for various reasons. Logging your weights in workout for weighted exercises. Love the trainers, especially Britany and Kayla, everyone’s cool though, since you can find them on IG. Love that it has a calendar that shows you the days you did it so you can see your consistency. Love the January and mid year challenges. Love the On Demand section and how you can save favorites and basically create your own program from scratch from the programs themselves as well as others. How they’re always growing and adapting and have a beautiful community (an in app forum!) supporting each other. Some of the ladies even have podcasts that I listen to on my daily LISS treadmill walks (trying it because Kayla talked about it in a Reel the difference between treadmill being steady state vs starting and stopping outside). I love their positivity and encouraging of people to love what their bodies can do. Encouraging the health benefits, the mobility, the benefits of strength training to your daily life, healthy relationship with food. I even discovered one of the last times I was in the app that some exercises even have an anatomical drawing now if you I forget swipe or click through on the exercise of which muscles are being targeted. The app and community just keeps getting better and better!!!

BEST fitness app for women 🫶

I’ve been using this app since 2020 and it’s still one of my favorite things ever. It’s super user friendly and tailored to women with busy lives. I feel like they made it just for me😂. I’ve tried a lot of fitness apps, but this one is hands-down the best. Everything is intuitive and it makes staying fit so simple. The programs have everything you could ever need - good descriptions and clips of trainers doing each exercise, the option to schedule all your workouts each week and get reminders, the ability to follow a program but still pick workouts from any other program you want, and my favorite - you can sub any and every exercise in your workout (and they give you a lot of sub options). My favorite program is Kayla’s High Intensity (BBG). I like that you can do it in your living room or at a gym. Let me tell you - if you stick with it for 6 months and eat a healthy diet, you will be in the BEST shape if your life!! I started out in pretty bad shape and half a year later I couldn’t believe what I saw in the mirror, and I was just doing my 45 minute workouts ~4 days a week. When I fall off, I always come back because I remember how good I feel when I’m following my program and how rewarding it is. Kayla and team - thank you SO much for this app please never change it it’s perfect and a gift to women everywhere ❤️💪🏽🔥
