Doctor 24x7

I have been using this app for almost a year, I find it extremely convenient. Am having diabetes for almost a year ans I send my report to doctors ans take their advice , during lock down also it was very convenient for my family to use the app and get help. Sometimes there were some challenge with app but the customer care team really responds well on time. I should say they are extremely good .

I have been using the app since May 2020 and it has been very convenient in terms of availability of relevant doctors and punctuality. The prescription and follow up with doctors is simpler. I am using the app for all my family members. We are very regular with some doctors. It is better than tele consultancy with your doctors in hospitals as I have tried that and sometimes fail to get appointments. Doctor 24 x 7 also provides the best customer care. Thank you team

An excellent app, absolutely easy to install and use. It took me about 3 minutes to complete the registration process. I connected to a doctor under normal category for a call back and was pleasantly surprised to receive the call back within 15 minutes although the app showed a max call back time of 2-3 hours. It also covers wide range of specialities.
