DiscoverCars－Car Rental & Hire

We drove from Guatemala to Texas and not one rental company came close to the low prices of DiscoverCars, especially for one way trips. Go airport to airport for one way, that gave us more car choices and far less expensive than other drop off locations. DiscoverCars app is the same as going through Thrifty or Budget rentals, but at a discounted cost. We are going from Oregon to Texas next and are using the app again. It’s a good service domestically and all over the world.

I travel frequently every quarter to Europe. I have been using Discover cars and this is probably my fourth or fifth Booking. It always matches it always gets confirmed. I never had an issue yet.

I rented a car through DESCOVER with the scammers car rental Garenta in Istanbul Airport. The Garenta gave me an electric car without mentioned to me that. I asked them is it automatic and they only answer yes automatic. I took the car for about 100 km, and second day when I wanted to return to airport I went to petroleum station to full it with fuel but I discovered it’s full electric. I took a taxi for $200, and Garenta charged me $350 for towing the car although they could charge the car and drive it back to their office. I contacted DISCOVER and told them that I have full coverage insurance, but they were cheaters and scammers same as Garenta and I lost $550 for one day car rental although I had a full car coverage insurance. Never use these 2 again.
