The website and app have severe issues. Payments will not go through, my booking was wiped out, their telephone number is an automated loop that directs you to their website or to chat, but their chat is also automated. The email sends out standard, repetitive replies that direct you elsewhere. They finally answered to confirm my booking, yet their online system still shows “no booking” found. As such, I cannot pay for my seats nor can I check in online. Now I am forced to pay for the extra cost for them to print out my boarding pass and pay for the seats which should have been taken care of weeks ago. Take my advice and choose a different airline!

There are only a total of 16 reviews which the majority of are terrible 5 stars so hopefully this message will go to the top and save someone hours of valuable time and unexpected funds.. they make it impossible to check in online so they can charge you at the gate. The app and website will take you on a series of circles and waste your time. First time.. Last time. Watch out mates

I have literally spent hours yesterday and today trying to book a flight on the website. I have gotten several errors including declining my payment on my credit card, and then on my husband’s. I checked with the credit card company, and no charges were attempted on either card. There were other misc errors that locked things up, like telling me my email already existed. I ended up downloading the app, and everything went through smoothly and perfectly the very first try.
