Rentcars: Car rental

We’ve rented before from Fox. Line was short at the airport, car was brand new. Prices were 50 Percent less than others. Easy drop off. That’s why we’re using Fox again

Used rentcars app and a made reservation and paid deposit and also paid for full insurance. Upon arrival at the car rental company called OK Mobility in Greece, they practically forced me to buy additional $300 in insurance from them despite already buying the insurance from rentcars. They threatened to block my credit card for the amount of $2000 until I returned the vehicle if I didn’t buy their premium insurance. They completely disregard the other insurance and told me to call rentcars in Brazil and get a refund, which of course they flat out refused! Because my credit card was my main source of money for my trip and it was 10:00pm and my wife and 4 kids were tired waiting in the lobby after a 12 hour flight…I regretfully paid the $300 ransom. Lesson learned, I will only deal with reputable companies like Hertz from now on. Very unfair business practices and very unsatisfactory customer experience!

The app is great! Is what did most of the work. Had no issues at all to claim what I had booked, including insurance and other benefits. Price was great too and the minivan I rented at Hertz was in optimal conditions 3,500 miles. Would definitely continue to use this app! Kudos guys!
