Every time I order through the app, the staff at Featherbrook are always prompt and on time with my order. I highly recommend the store☺️
On downloading it to tentatively check it out, it immediately and without asking grabbed all my Escripts. Not what I wanted. The app itself is so slow that you wait ages for anything to appear - let alone order a script. The app can’t find my nearest chemist warehouse even though it’s been there years - even when I put the complete address in. Totally pointless app. I went to delete it but the email I received wasn’t just to delete the chemist warehouse app alone but “for all apps powered by medadvisor”. What the dickens does that mean? All I want to do is to get rid of the chemist warehouse app and revert to the way it was.
Where do I start? This app is so promising, yet lets itself down so many times. This app should make life easier for people with multiple scripts, instead it adds additional stress into sick people’s lives. -Currently, I’m waiting to see if my meds are ready to be picked up, but the app has decided my login details are incorrect and won’t let me reset my password 🤷♀️ -It is also very clunky trying to figure out which is the current script, and I have yet to figure out how to check the expiry date. -It does not send notifications when your chemist sends a message, so you have to keep going in to check (not useful when it has decided to boot you out and not let you log back in.) -no help function that I can find, so I’m not sure how to remove scripts I no longer need, or to do anything else. -It merged 2 of my scripts together (same product, but PBS and compassionate supply) so unable to track when reorder was necessary, or distinguish which script was to be ordered. Not helpful. Please make it more useful - it’s so close…
