Hard, fun, and a horror awesome ride

I got both games. And I played the prequel one, and let me tell you: it’s was hard, but so much fun that I keep on playing. The atmosphere is so well done, even on a phone, it looks like your phone is being hacked. The sound effect and the horror vibes are so good, I was caught of guard twice. The music and sounds were great. And the story, and it flows through each level and modifications: I loved it. This is a great game and I recommend people to get it. One thing that was annoying, was the left and right controls. For some reason I could never go left, until I pressed above both arrows and it work. So that was confusing and a bit annoying. But love your game guys, thank you for making this gem.

Awesome and better than the first! [SPOILERS]

The story was improved greatly and the mechanics for even more complicated and interesting. This was everything I was looking for in a game and the jump scares were actually well thought out! Totally hope there will be a sequel to both the sequel and prequel. If there is any room for improvement, the plot seems to be abit confusing. Even with all the connecting games, Aide still doesn’t have much clarification, Kara seems to be all over the place with her plot, and overall in the next games it’s hard to tell what the deal is with Yanna and Myles and why they are where they are, and the conversation between the dev and the characters made the parts that were supposed to be terrifying way less so, (exception to nearing the end of this game). Other than that though, so far I have been very impressed and love these games! This has a lot of potential and with the awesome 8bit graphics, eerie soundtracks, and characters, I fell hard in love with this game and it’s prequels. Amazing job! I can’t wait to see you make more games!

It’s Been Alright...

I must say the other game to this series is something that I haven’t seen before on the AppStore. When I heard there was a prequel I was actually looking forward to it. To my surprise, the game was actually not as good as the first one. I felt like the horror should’ve blended as the levels went on, and the pacing between the action was a bit too fast. Unfortunately I couldn’t fully enjoy the game because of the first lava obstacles. After an hour of figuring out how to get over the first part, I was stuck on the second. I got over the lava but I couldn’t get over this one saw blade that kept killing me over and over. After I figured that out it became clear this game was different. And this was mostly influenced by the wonky controls Whenever you jump while moving your character doesn’t seem to stop moving, it keeps going and you’d have to go back and fourth trying to land on a single block. Quite frankly it’s frustrating and ruins the gaming experience. I must say the story felt a bit rushed, and I couldn’t get the same aquatinted feeling I had with the developer. Still, it’s a fantastic game made by a fantastic developer, and I highly recommend anyone who’s skilled and strong enough to play such a game. (Note, play the developers games to get a kind of feel of what’s going on)Edit: OH THAT REALLY MAKES SENSE. It really did flew over my head wither this was the first or second game. Yikes if I would’ve known that before this review would’ve been entirely different. I agree with you 100%, the amount of growth that has happened between this game and the sequel is apparent! I applaud you!
