The app works fine for the intended purpose, but seriously, why should I need to install an app that I will delete immediately after delivery to track the real-time location of my delivery? This functionality can be trivially added to the live tracking on your website (there are no technical restrictions if you can add it to an app) and would obviate the need for this pointless app, which one assumes is only provided because everywhere wants to have some sense of permanence on our devices and the ability to invade our privacy with notifications at any time of their choosing. It is not ‘cool’ to serve this as an app; it is infuriating to break flow to have to install and set this up. I will delete the app the moment the delivery is complete, and no, you did not get notification permission - mark my words.

It saved me having to re enter my details and meant I could keep an eye on my delivery and line up a tradesman for when it arrived. It showed me where they are and how many drops till mine. Only frustration was that it only seemed to show job number info when actually completing a drop, not when in transit. I saw some bad reviews for this app but many relate to unrealistic expectations of delivery process. App can only tell you what’s happening, it doesn’t choose what your driver does.

Seems to work ok, but please update the UI. You can see from the other reviews that customers are getting stuck. If you select the driver’s arrow you can see the full tracking details with number of stops and where you are in the queue. I only found this by accident. Make it more obvious that you have to select the driver arrow, or better yet have it as the default view
