IMO Car Wash UK

Best in area!! I have been to many car valeting places around Tonbridge, even as far as Bluewater, but IMO in Tonbridge are by far the best! You go through the car wash then drive back round for them to then valet the inside and outside. My car ALWAYS looks amazing! With the other hand car wash’s I always come away extremely disappointed. It’s cheaper too. The guys are always friendly and I know that they always make sure the end result is perfect. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

It was our first time having our car washed in any automated car washer, I payed to the employee present at that time, then after that I drove in, I did not receive any instructions from the employee, driving-in was just all asumptions. Then he shouted "come back", then he instructed me to put my car in Neutral, which I did. The car started to move on its own but the machines we're not working, he then went in front of my car to instruct me to drive a bit forward, the machines worked now but after moving to the next part it stopped again, that's when he shouted and shouted at me "why are you driving?!" repeatedly maybe 4 - 6 times, he even went to the car in front to tell them what I did wrong, also to the car behind. He shouted at me like I was so stupid when he did not give me any instructions even thought it was my first time ever. I am not going back there again. My wife and I were excited about it, we thought we were going to have a great experience, but it turned to be the exact opposite

I downloaded the app to take advantage of the discounts for multi-wash packs. From the start, it was an absolute nightmare to use. The account setup wanted all my details, including address and phone number, even though I’d be using Apple Pay. Took me a while, because the app kept malfunctioning. (Bear in mind that I was waiting in a queue for the actual car wash.) Once I managed to get through that hell, I tried purchasing a pack, but was unable to get through the process. A page would ask me to make a choice, but not have a button to continue to the next page. Backing out and re-entering the purchase would not fix the problem. I had to kill the app and restart. Sometimes I’d get one page farther in the process, only to have the same issue where I couldn’t continue. 9-10 attempts later, it was time to enter the car wash, so I just paid the attendant and gave up. I gave it a couple of months, in case they fixed the issues, but today it was exactly the same. First time I’ve ever seen an app that wouldn’t take my money. Don’t waste your time.
