I would like to provide feedback regarding the usability of your website, specifically the parcel tracking section. While occasional delivery mistakes happen and I understand that, the main problem I encountered was the difficulty navigating your website. The tracking tool is not clearly presented, instead of the simple input field for the tracking number, the user is directed to multiple help articles. This creates unnecessary confusion and makes it extremely hard to find the actual tracking function. My item was delivered to wrong address. Luckily postman took a picture of GPS coordinates which I manually put into google maps. I still didn’t find the solution from your articles trying simply locate the parcel. For such a large and established organisation, straightforward tracking and misdelivery bar on the homepage would greatly improve user experience and reduce frustration for customers. Thank you for considering this feedback. I understand amount of work before Christmas.
I am having the came issue every time I am having a parcel delivered by Royal Mail, I am disabled living in emergency accommodation after I had a house fire. I don’t sit on the living room as the sofa here is to low for me to manage getting up, I spend my time upstairs and by the time I struggle down stairs the person is always gone! Even though I have asked for parcels to come the back door and requested more time, as well as said for items to be left in the shed. The person is always leaving well before I get to the door I have already had a parcel returned to sender through this person not followed my instructions on my account, it is really frustrating especially having to struggle down stairs with a new born. There is a post office opposite the street they could leave my parcels there if they can’t manage walking round the back way. I would even pay for them to come to the back door so as to be able to get my parcels lol. Hopefully I can get Hugh to someone to talk about this, I’ve already spent 18 minutes waiting for someone To answer my call. Another frustrating issue with the Royal Mail, no one to speak to directly about issues with their services.
This app is very good in every way day to day basis when tracking orders when ever you feel like it. Which spot the most important check parcels openly date of schedule and time on urgency. Nevertheless, surely it is when required to do so. App, right in your pocket of all orders you have placed.
