I like the food, but not the app. I mean, you can order ahead of time for pick up but pretty much any restaurant with an app can do that. Can’t order delivery and the “Favorites” feature doesn’t work AT ALL. Even though messages keep popping up saying use the hearts to save your favorite items!🙄 I tried 3-4 times but ended up with an error message every time I clicked on the “Favorites” tab. The only reason I wanted to try the Culver’s App in the first place is because my favorite items aren’t available on DD. A lot of things aren’t. Like I can’t even order a large soda (medium size only) or get extra pickles on my burger? What’s up with that?! Finally, it might do a decent job of tracking points for their rewards program, I don’t know, but that won’t do much for me because I won’t be using the app.

I like the app. It’s mostly easy to use. A couple suggestions, if I may, to make user experience better: 1) Add option for selecting flavour of the day when ordering frozen custard. 2) Add easier navigation to add rewards points with a receipt (have to hunt for it). 3) Add full custard monthly at a glance calendar to the app instead of linking to website. 4) Add visible store hours for the selected location to the app instead of link to website. 5) Remember last location selected instead of having to select locations each time app is open. Culver’s - thank you for listening. I appreciate the effort that you are making to address the things that people are bringing up. It shows that you care. My experience with the app has been good and definitely not like the complaints of some of these people. Makes me wonder if they just struggle with technology or are just plain cranky. I have signed up for MyCulvers and love that my recent orders are saved AND I can setup favorite orders. Signing into MyCulvers also pre-fills my contact info and payment info - this is handy. Hopefully I will be able to save my vehicle info sometime soon. Thanks again for the recent updates - I appreciate them.
