I’ve been playing almost 2 years and the very first time I played I got up over 500 dollars with 20 , but I’m a severe gambling addict and u know what I did from there, anyway what I’m getting at is I was hooked even though I lost , but kept depositing only to get up maybe double my money 4 or five times since then or be able to redeem , I have literally deposited I bet over 100 times 5 to 100 dollars averaging around 25 each time I did deposit , and still yet no redemption , they just reminding me the other day I need to finish my info or update so I can redeem or be aloud, and what’s even worse is I’m a gold member now, and yea I do get 25 dollars free every month and 1 to 3 times a month they throw me 3 dollars , but I swear ever since then I haven’t hit or got nothing to redeem or even up enough to try, It’s like they pick and choose and that’s for sure I think or let people win that already have a big following by others on other platforms I’ve notice, cause they know they will go post pic and advertise, just look at the comments on there regular first timers or new comers page or main page for everyone ( fake ) , compared to comments in royal crowns club comments, judge for urself , but who knows maybe ur one of those they see a profit in and u might hit good. But I for sure know it isn’t me . Or most of us in royal crown club. Really they should call it the “ there hooked and not going anywhere club..

I really got into the races, the competitions that giveaways, free promotions. However, there is a lot of connection issues and the games won’t load sometimes they will cut off on you in the middle of gameplay which is happened to me several times and then I lost everything. Customer support never helps. They always ask for a screenshot which I never can provide due to the fact that I don’t know what’s going to happen or I would be prepared to take a screenshot every gameplay to be able to keep up with what they’ve taken for me and then they give you a dollar to reimburse you for what you’ve lost and then take that too. I do have screenshots of my conversations with customer support and it’s the same robotic conversations every time you never get any help with your complaints they just say the same things over and over again and you I have just lost everything even though you were winning when it happened (it being the connection lost or internal server connection failed). Of course, I can never see my gameplay. It’s very disappointing. I will no longer contribute to the site. The frustration has made the games no fun to me anymore. It seems to be really bad when I’m finally winning or doing good in a race and then bam it’s like the rug is snatched out from under me. I never win any competitions. I never win any of the promotions. I will no longer contribute.

My friend sent me this game so I decided to try it knowing nothing about it. They started me off with some free play and then I decided to deposit $5. So i kept trying to win the money back but it seemed like I was stuck around that 17k mark! I couldn’t get it up any higher and I thought I better count my blessings- so I cashed out at 17k! What an experience!!! Can’t believe this could even happen to me! With a mere $10 investment and my very first time ever playing?! Thanks Crown Coins! I am so thankful for this experience. Oh ya I forgot to mention that it was pretty simple to verify my account and cash out too! It took about a week or less total. I thought that was reasonable for the amount of money that was being redeemed and for the fact that I had never redeemed anything from them before.
