Keeps generating an error message when using biometric login (Face ID). I have tried un-enrolling from biometric login as well as completing deleting the app and all data on my phone and reinstalling with the same results.

I got this application through my job and it’s been a great app to work with. I suffer from asthma and being able to request a prescription within minutes is amazing. I also like that I get notified once my provider responds since I typically have to exit the app.Overall very good experience with this app and it’s services!

The new app update looks like they switched to web view. Not terrible but it makes everything to small to read on a phone. You have to zoom into the words to be able to see anything. It’s a downgrade compared to the old app. Also there is a bug. If you click a URL from a message it opens the url in a new browser but when you go back into the app the URL is now pulled up but you can’t exit. You have to close the app completely and restart.
