I wish this app actually worked the way the Mid South Fiber app did when it first came out. I used to be able to easily set up devices under profiles, limit accessible websites, and set up content restrictions that would block sites. It used to show me the time a person spent on apps during the day and it sent me notifications if someone tried to access an app that got blocked. It was descent and I used it daily. What happened? Upgrades and Bug Fixes? Hardly. Now, at best, this app shows what device is online on your network. That is all it is useful for. But even that isn’t accurate at times. Devices that are online show offline and vice versa. I am supposed to be able to add a device to a profile so I can at lease set a time limit to access the network but it keeps giving me an error and I can’t even do that. I truly don’t understand why the company even has the app. It’s really that bad.

After only a couple of months using this app, I can say that it is probably the worst possible format I can imagine using to interact with your router. It freezes in between every screen, often requiring you to close the app and reopen it to restart the entire process of managing individual devices or groups. And its latest dazzling display of capability is particularly delightful: after boycotting function entirely and refusing to load (despite the Internet functioning just fine), I rebooted the app multiple times, rebooted my phone, and then decided to sign out of the app and attempt to sign back in. Now I have been informed by this glorious gem of software engineering that I simultaneously do not have an account (upon both attempting to sign back in, then attempting to use Forgot Password) and that my account already exists (upon attempting to sign up new). It has created for me (drumroll) Schrödinger's account. It’s infuriating but honestly impressive how closely this app models an inept gum-chewing, vacant-eyed mouth-breathing human. I’d rather get dental work done out of the back of a dirty Econoline van in Tijuana than use this app, but it’s all my ISP offers. Do better. The bar is low.

Deleted app and reinstalled several times. Commandiq will not allow me to login. There are no further directions if the login does not connect. If I try to create a new account it tells me I already have an account. The next day all is smooth, works wonderful. Must have been a temporary downtime. Would be nice to be able to find this out without trouble shooting everything under the sun. There is no way to contact anyone and no place to check on system downtimes. Otherwise, love this app.
