Colony Bank Mobile Banking

It’s extremely embarrassing when you shop or eat out and the sales or waitress says they don’t take Discover card, even if you tell them to run it as credit. Colony bank says call and we will get them to take Discover??? It doesn’t work that way because Discover charges fees to the recipient. My card is up for renewal in February and if we don’t get the new Visa card like the Colony credit card, we will be going to a different bank that doesn’t use Discover. It’s annoying and embarrassing.

I will be happy when y’all change companies for the debit card. There are different businesses that I cannot pay with Discover. So I have to put on a credit card. This is not only inconvenient, it is embarrassing.

App is a wonderful improvement from the previous app. It did take a few days to work out the kinks when transitioning but well worth it. Highly recommend this app!!
