I had charges come up on my debit card. I canceled immediately and called my bank. Also called the fraud department back. Tried calling Amtrak, but was worried. I was just hurting myself more so stopped that process. Went to my bank the next day and the gentleman that helped me issued me a new card and gave me two numbers to call as soon as, the charges were not pending. I just looked at my bank account and the money is back. I am very grateful.

The updates often improve this app. However, with each update comes another set of problems especially in the pay bill section. It is difficult to access history, payees, set up recurring or change them, etc. Site looks different even when logging in on same day. On the positive, messages left are answered in a very timely manner.
