This is a 3 star app on its best day but you know what? It doesn’t really matter because the only reason you would download it is if you had to. In my building you can use either a preloaded card or this app to do your laundry. Both things supposedly work using the same machines, but the card can’t be added to your account on this app so you’re left helpless in the case of card theft or lost cards. You can get your money back also for some reason when I go to recharge my account using the app it constantly tells me that I’m not connected to the Internet. This company has cost me so much time and money due to these basic simple issues and I’m beyond frustrated.

I love the ease of this app over the card as i can see washers and driers available from the comfort of my home and also get notified when my cycle is done. Makes public laundry much easy

The reason why is 4 stars and not 5, is because you can't really select a num for the washing machine, so u have to select the dryers machine and then click start on the washing machine, it was very confusing at first but I guess once you get it you'll be fine.
