Overall a good app, I use it daily to manage my trading and investments. Just a few things that need fixing: 1. When you open a trade with a Stop Loss and Take Profit you can only see where these conditional orders are by amending the order?? Changing Stop Loss or Take Profit levels is a lot more difficult than it should be. You should be able to see them as separate open orders, or better still, on the chart. 2. The logout timer keeps running even when you are using the app, sometimes logging you out when you’re in the middle of placing orders or reviewing charts, etc. 3. The charts are good but you have to add Volume and Indicators, etc. every time you open a chart, there is no option to save a template of your chart layout. This gets a bit tedious. 4. A date stamp of when a ticker is added to a watch list would be nice. It would also be good if you could add brief notes against stocks in your watch lists.
CMC and J.P Morgan both denied access to records on bank statement in my name where CMC funneled nearly $2000 out of my account to ANZ and lied to me about losing profit when I had the whole day of trade screen recorded, multiple lies trying to force me to buy premium CMC update claiming the app has a 24 hour delay, lied about a $90 charge to their own bank account on a stock I lost $1 on, multiple transfers from other CMC account holders money in and out of my account. I purchased 5 stocks which I tried to sell at 6:30 on wends and they withheld them and forced me on the phone to sell saying I wouldn’t get my money if they had to take more loss (I couldn’t even see them in my portfolio but they could) my P&L page had been altered with stocks I have emails for never showing (likely stolen upsides) and my account started on the 6th of Feb but is wiped and claims it opened on the 6th of march (also email proof) my account is still negative and $2000 completely gone, guess they’ll to me to be proud of my gains first go hey? Also thanks for refusing to give me a reference number via email because you didn’t want it associated with your bank despite allowing CMC to funnel it into ANZ without consent with no assistance, disgusting.
We’ll done team! I’ve noticed a significant improvement in load times for my portfolio in the profit/loss pages. Much more responsive. One thing that’s tripped me a couple of times is on the Order Ticket Screen, having hit Buy and tapped in the details, I’ve then hit Buy again to execute but it resets the screen. The Review Order button is off the bottom and needs a scroll. Maybe change the Buy/Sell buttons to Review/Cancel once pressed? And a suggestion still on the Order Ticket Page - when buying international shares (or any) can you add a way of seeing the trading hours of the exchange for the ticket symbol so that I know how long I have left until the market closes or how long I have to wait until it opens?
