This app is by far the easiest app I’ve had the pleasure to use. Very user friendly and guides you step by step from start to finish helping if any questions arise. Thanks And the cleaners they used Laundry X on Lake Ave in Fort Wayne, Indiana washed and folded my clothes professionally that I have lost my words to express how dedicated and Awesomely professional they are. Thank you so much, you guys ROCK!!

My local cleaner has several locations. I picked the wrong one initially, and couldn’t change it. It doesn’t allow you to have one account associated with possibly more than one cleaner. I had to “delete” my account in order to select the correct location. Even then, trying to create an account told me there was still an account with my old email and gave me an error. But then, after having signed up with a different email address, I was able to go in and change the address back to my original address without an issue. They’re either soft deleting accounts or have excessive latency in the delete account functionality, but in either case their data validation is sub par. There’s also no indication of how I can link this account to the record that my cleaner has for me. It’s a really frustrating user experience.

This app is great makes it super easy to set up a pick-up & delivery with my local laundromat (mine is Scrubby Duds, located on Sheridan Road in Kenosha, Wisconsin, they offer many services) by using this app I can set up a pickup & delivery for their wash, dry, fold service by selecting the morning I’d like it picked up, select all my wash preferences and make my payment & in 2 days it’s dropped off at my door in the morning nice & clean, folded neatly for me in a bag ready for me to just put away. There’s also a loyalty program that your able to join to earn loyalty points which can be redeemed for different discounts/services.
