I can’t say enough great things about HappyNest! From start to finish, the entire process is seamless, reliable, and stress-free. So, I originally wasn’t going to use the service right away because I spent my check on expenses and bills already. They give me 10% off the first time, but I was still hesitant because I never used them. Then they sent a follow up email for a free bag. I was like okay I’ll do it! I schedule a date for pick up and the guy came before 7am. He arrived like 15 minutes earlier. And I was sleeping, so I’ll give them that. But I think it’s insane they don’t have pick up windows because the next day I had to schedule again and I’m restless because I have to wake up at 6:30AM in case he comes early again. This time he comes for 10AM. I got a no-show fee.. fine. Then I get a fee for my bag still! Mind you I measured my bag. The width was slightly bigger, but it was a 22x28! It was only $11, but it’s not about that. It’s the fact that on their site it only says use a trash bag or a fabric equivalent and the person I’m talking to in customer service says my bag didn’t comply with their standards… it’s a laundry bag… how would that NOT comply? The person didn’t answer to that, they then said “well they’re allowed to charge more if the volume of laundry is more”. You guys said 2 loads! 2 loads of laundry is equivalent to 40-60 lbs. I just find it deceptive how they just kept trying to go through loopholes to charge me for an extra bag. Their requirements are so contradictory from each other. How can you say it needs to be the size of a 13 gallon bag, but also it’s equivalent to 2 loads of laundry???? That’s why going by weight makes more sense. Anyways, I won’t be using them again 😭

This is my first time using a service like this so it was a bit nerve racking for me especially due to the fact that I had so much laundry to get done because my dryer broke. I have to say from the moment “Liz” arrived to pick up 12 bags of laundry to the moment I was happily woken up to my Ring cameras notifying me that all my laundry was being delivered to my home LESS than 24 hours later by “Seth” (which by the way, all my laundry was nicely folded and placed in clean clear bags and the moment I reached for a bag I could see & smell how clean they are…the smell of my clothes being Downy fresh, well that just started my day off in such a wonderful way! Thank you Thank you THANK YOU Happy Nest! I simply can’t say enough positive things about how “Kelsey” in customer service made all my worries disappear while she happily explained how easy it is to use this service and how they listen and follow all of my instructions. She was patient with me as she answered all my questions, she even made me laugh a couple of times. Thank you Kelsey for helping to convince me Happy Nest would take care of all my laundry needs. Last but not least, a big shout out to the people who washed and folded all my families clothes. Your work is impeccable and deeply appreciated. The Kindred family will definitely be continuing to use Happy Nest laundry service especially after they’ve helped our spirits soar with how your quick, convenient, easy it was for us to use their service! Can I just say, we absolutely love the smell of downy freshness coming from all our closets! It’s such a great way to start the day!
