I have used this laundry service twice so far. They really came in handy when I was pregnant and everything was piling up and couldn’t handle it myself. The notifications from the app and via text are helpful. Letting you know when the driver is own route, laundry picked up and dropped off. They even take pictures as proof. Pick up is in the morning from my experiences and drop-off is literally the next day. 24hr service. My laundry comes back packed, folded tight and smelling good! The price is pretty fair too. I had 6 bags, 4 of them pretty full. Average around 25$ per bag. Either way I’m satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend.

Let me save you some time. I signed up to get some peace of mind and help with my laundry. I was given an update in the morning that that I was the 22nd stop. I left the clothes outside since I had errands to run around 7am. It’s about 6:30pm and the clothes were still outside with 2 other stops ahead of me. How do you only have 1 vehicle to do pick ups all over the city? I shouldn’t have to sit home all day then put the clothes out… if that were the case I’d do it all myself and I’m not going to leave the clothes outside all day like that. This lets me know that’s what would happen when they drop off my clothes at a random time. You’re better off finding another service that gives you an exact time for pickup. They charged me a $25 cancelation fee….. that’s fine, but they can’t seem to manage their time and don’t care about clients time so it lets me know they don’t care about my laundry.

I had my first pick up this week using the very simple app. They were to deliver my laundry this morning, but given that we are undergoing a massive blizzard with more than a foot of snow, I figured there was no way they would be delivering it today. I mean, there are cars stuck all over the place. Low and behold, I woke up this morning and on my front porch was my laundry. Shirts on hangers, everything else folded and separated by color and type of clothing. Holy smokes. I can’t believe it. What service. I couldn’t be happier.
