I really appreciate the concept of this app! When going to the laundry mat these days carrying quarters is not ideal let alone when do I ever use cash?! And since the credit card readers were installed…THANK YOU!!! I am a big fan for using my plastic (fyi not a credit card aka I’ve learned my lesson!)! However, the swiping is getting old and the fact it will say swipe card again, card not recognized, cannot find information, yada yada, now look reader, I have 5 more loads to do so, I cannot keep sliding my new age payment method through your slot because A. You’re in an awkward position so I keep hitting my fingers against the washer and B. You’re supposed to actually make this less stressful!!! So, this app has made the laundry mat nicer! Now, the only thing is like to see is when I set up my dryer I can start and as time from the app, not both! Once you add the dryer, the app then directs you to the reader on the dryer which you then must press a button on there and if you want to add more time which you do, because .25 cents only gets you between 5-8 minutes! Back and forth, back and forth! Also, there was one issue, the timing on the of the dryers were within 10 minutes off on the app…No biggie since I was there the whole time! Thank you

Original review: This is unfortunately the worst app I’ve ever used. It’s clunky and slow. And it sometimes signs me out mid-use. I try to use my credit card on my laundry machines as often as possible. But in the rare case when the cards don’t work and I have to use my credit card, I’m stuck standing there for 10+ mins trying to get this app to work properly. Update months later: Continues to be the worst app I have ever had the misfortune of using. Literally never works when I need it to. But I’m forced to use it because my building’s laundry room uses the app and doesnt have working credit card readers. It’s the slowest app ever, and it has a “connecting to server” loading screen for 30+ seconds every time you try and switch tabs. I unfortunately DREAD doing my laundry every time PURELY because of this app.

I like the convenience of this app but it needs LOTS of work. The Apple Pay (which I would prefer to use for security) doesn’t work. So why is it even on the screen? The actual money load screen where you put in your credit card jumps all around. You think you are in the credit card number and it’s in the expiration or it pops back up to the name. And the credit card number portion, why would you not make that the numerical screen? It’s alpha, yet expiration date and zip are numerical. And the “time left” for active washing machines doesn’t work, the dryers do but not washers. Spend a little time and money and fix this because it’s got a good base but right now is an awful app.
