Central Market by H-E-B

I use the curbside twice a week. Mostly everything is prefect but the seafood department too often makes mistakes. I ordered a one pound whole flounder and received a 1/4 pound flounder, not easy to feed two people. Recently I ordered a walleye filet when I got home I found out the scales had not been removed. I had such a difficult time trying to remove the scales I ended up trashing it. When I talked to someone in the seafood department the person told me that some people liked to leave the scales on especially redfish, which I understand. I told him that was interesting because when I tried to get redfish with the scales on I had been told they couldn’t do it. The most disappointing thing is their attitude, the instead of just apologizing they argue and I never get any follow up.

HEB Central Market is my favorite grocery store. The selection of fresh produce, cuts of meat, fresh seafood, fresh baked breads, wines, and cheeses are the very best in the DFW area. Alas, as I live in Arlington, and my nearest HEB Central Market is in Fort Worth, I did not frequent my favorite grocer as often as I, and they, might like. Now that I’ve learned of the HEB Central Market App and Home Delivery, I’m ordering my favorite seafood, produce, cuts of meat, breads, and cheeses more often. Central Market delivers to my doorstep. If only HEB Central Market would open up in Arlington. Still, with the HEB Central Market App and Home Delivery, I have convenient, easy access to my favorite grocery store.
