I have been a loyal player, not minding spending some money every week so I can have some enjoyment for an hour or so. But I hit a brick wall when I got to Level 2170. It is totally unwinnable, and took all my coins and items I had built up. When you have to acquire hundreds of items with only a few tries, it is not possible to win the level, even if I used every power-up every turn. I had a good winning streak going but this level is impossible. I have tried several times, and since I can go no further, I am done. GAME DEVELOPERS, if you don’t care about losing players who liked your game and were willing to spend money, then just keep putting in impossible levels. Bye. I’M DONE!!! Please update your game to fix totally unwinnable levels. I have enjoyed this game but it is impossible to go further. 😥 And Customer Service is useless. You tell them a problem with game and get a stock answer. UPDATE: I deleted the game for awhile and thought maybe things would be different. They make it easy in the beginning, but I understand some levels may be challenging. After all, they are in this to make money. I was willing to spend some money every week. It was a small cost to get to play for an hour or so. BUT, when I got to a level that was unwinnable because a green square would not clear, no matter how much money I threw at it, and all I got was stock answers and then silence from Support, it was time to say goodbye for ever. Not worth the aggravation.

So I love this game but when I try to open it today it gets to the title screen says it’s loading then the whole app just closes. I have tried multiple things on my end and your app is the only one on my phone doing this. It is sad cause this will be the second time I might loose all my stuff I already had to start over at level 1 after like a year of having played. This time I will not redownload your game. Going to give it a bit to see if bug gets fixed but I am very disappointed and frustrated with this being the second time this has happened.

Over the last several week I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve the arbitrarily removing bonuses acquired during play. I’ve made them aware specifically that the super light ball feature is just going back to zero repeatedly without losing a level, as should be the only cause. They’ve deflected and never answered why it continues to happen and make ridiculous “compensations” that are no where near sufficient to make up for the actual money invested to get to higher levels w/ higher bonuses. Their favorite answer for any issue is they want pictures or video and whatever else you very likely don’t have, to put you off and do nothing. My conclusion can only be, why would they fix an issue that is clearly making them more money. Don’t even get me started to the clear favoritism toward preventing players from actually receiving what they earn for accomplishments. For example, no matter how many moves you complete a normal level in, you will not get over 52 coins for reward if finishing a level early. Also, Try recording the end of levels and play back in slow motion, you will see the way the app just works against you getting too much for doing well. The symbols will not drop in the normal fashion. In summary, if you enjoy being cheated, hoodwinked and brought along by an app designed to pull you in and then open your wallet constantly, then this game is for you. I’m over it the non existent customer service and deflection of accountability. So many other companies that are actually keep their greed on a leash.
