Even using the same phone number and email address used for my reservation, the app won’t open. It’s truly worthless and as bad as the other reviews say. I can’t believe that a place charging such high fees for supposedly luxury service has such a juvenile app. A high school student could set up something better these days.

I had a pre-existing account and unknowingly made a reservation under a different email address. The only way to book services more than 30 days before your trip is to use the app, and the app isn’t registering that I have a reservation because my app account is tied to a different email address than my reservation. I can’t change either the phone number or email address associated with the app account, and I can’t make a new account because my phone number is already tied to this one, and the app requires two-factor authentication. I tried to delete the account, and it tells me it could take up to 14 business days. Seriously? This is ridiculous. I have a reservation that I can’t book services for.
