CAINIAO - Easier Consolidation

Cainiao’s service has been consistently thoughtful. Their customer support responds quickly whenever I have a question. So far, I’ve received at least 12 packages without any issues. I really appreciate the variety of shipping options they offer, and it’s convenient that customers can track their deliveries directly through the platform.

Three of my items didn’t pass the custom check. Which is fine. I’ve been playing through taobao which I can ship. But was rejected at CAINIAO. Only one made it somehow plus her doll brother. I got the discounted shipping and sent them at sea ship, along with regular items. As a new person to personal Taobao. I sent my refund application immediately. One of my sellers waited patiently to issue the refund. But since that one arrived later. I dealt with an insane seller not understanding how internationals would like to order their items. I spent daily with Apple translators with her. Not understanding why she is denying my refund application. After trying hard to keep the application accurate. She denied them because she has not receive the items yet. I assume they arrived at the multiple warehouse they have as stated in their listing. I miraculously received one refund fully. But the other I had to pay the reshipment. To finally my application was accepted at the minus cost. The other I didn’t adjust to the negotiation price. Since I was new and redid the same application. After I figured I had to adjust the price based on the negotiation that expired on my refund application. I have to think for myself what will work most.

It’s great and I love how user friendly it is! It’s easy to understand and navigate, and I am truly grateful for the fact that this app has an option to be in English! Which is very handy since I don’t speak much mandarin😅 Anywho it’s has everything you need to make shipping internationally a breeze! I love how I can easily find out what the international tracking number is along with constant and accuracy’s tracking information for any of my packaging going to or from the American shipping warehouse 😁 I love this app and highly recommend! Not to mention all the discounts they give you for shipping is also a great bonus lol
