CAINIAO - Your Parcel Helper

It’s unbelievable that I will have to stop buying from Ali express now because someone can’t read right an address and had sent it to a different city and the customer service can’t or won’t help. I have been talking for them for almost a month now and the only thing they keep telling me is the parcel will arrive soon all while I keep receiving messages saying the parcel is still in the wrong city and at last was sent back.

10 customers here came on Friday early afternoon. Hours are posted 8-14:00. But at 13:40 no one was there and it was closed. It’s far from everyone and inconvenient.

It scatters my parcels all around the city. When I ask to change the pickup point it is impossible. When I contact support they don't answer or answer very late. They ask to pickup during 2 days only. As a result I need to travel across the city too fast and too frequently to different places in the city. Their support sends links to change the pickup point when it's too late and these links do not work. It's a disaster experience.
