I have been shopping at the Hopewell location for years during our road trips fm Virginia to Phillipsburg to visit family. This will be our last stop in Hopewell as we are moving to my home state of Texas. Iโm retiring and building a new home in San Antonio. My wife is from NJ, Somerville. I have been using your website for a few years now. It Is very easy to follow
The app and site are frustrating to use no matter what time it is, how busy they claim to be or how good your internet connection is. The app and the people there make mistakes with orders but not too often. Sometimes they donโt send orders at all, donโt send them for too many hours, donโt answer the phone or treat long time customers with any respect (especially women). Wow SOME of those dudes donโt like or respect women! Watch out when you go in alone especially if youโre politeโฆ Iโve been followed around the store by lurkers, had my phone taken out of my hand and my cart by men there. Inappropriate and unprofessional. Get outta my personal space or get Fox Labs in the face. When they answer the phone itโs usually to hang up as quickly as they can or they play โOops we got disconnectedโ no matter how much you spend there. Theyโve sold champagne and sparkling wines that must have been exposed to different temperatures, losing their bubbles and being a disappointment on special occasions. Iโve been too patient and loyal to this location. We have other options.
This location is no different than any other location BUT.....Dino and Andrea lead by example and set the precedent for being the hardest working individuals in the store. They ALWAYS treat each and every customer with the utmost respect and give them undivided attention. We know that we can ask them for a recommendation and it will always be spot on and fill the present need we have. They can and have also handed us off to their store expert when they feel this person can speak to a need more clearly and weโve received the same VIP treatment. We feel welcome, special, and comfortable each time we encounter the team in the store or presently as they load our purchases into the back seat of our car with a mask and gloves. Itโs not the location that keeps us loyal to this brand.....IT IS THE PEOPLE. This location has an awesome team all around and in every department. Thank You for being the example and not giving into mediocrity.
