Venum

First of all, app is useless. You can simply use website, which is more convenient for anything… Secondly, their chat system is useless; you type something, it goes straight to their EMAIL and you just hope you’ll get response in a week or two. Thirdly, if you directly purchase anything from them, good luck. If they mess up your orders, like sending different products or not sending you product at all, you literally cannot reach them. They will NOT respond to your phone call, email, or chat. So you have to live with it unless you want to sue them.

I just ordered a pair of Venum boxing gloves and the quality is fantastic. I’m extremely happy with the product and can’t wait to keep using them. Only note is the app still isn’t optimized for use on tablets so the sizing will look a bit funky, looks great on phones though!

As it has been since the beginning, everything Venum does is gold. The app is great. The customer service is top notch. There’s very little that Venum can’t do. It’s hard to trust anyone else in gear, because I know when I’m using Venum gear, it’s high quality and reliable. And if I have any issues, the customer service is so quick and efficient that they fix whatever needs to be done to make me happy. Keep doing what your doing!
