I have been a dedicated player of Bubble Busters for a while now and have reached a high rank, but I am unfortunately at a point where I can no longer recommend it. The game has become incredibly difficult to progress in without spending an excessive amount of money, and even then, the return on investment for rubies is extremely poor. The Buster leveling costs are completely disproportionate to the rewards earned from winning matches. I have frequently reached out to support regarding the unfair matchmaking—where I am consistently paired against players with higher levels despite my rank—and the lack of rewards after wins. Their responses have been dismissive, citing 'system limitations' rather than addressing the core imbalance in the game’s economy. As someone who has invested real money into this game, it is frustrating to see that the developers prioritize expensive microtransactions over a fair and balanced player experience. Unless there is a significant overhaul to the progression system and reward structure, I cannot justify continuing to play or spend.
I was introduced to this game via a app called Free cash. It’s actually a fun game and I pushed myself very hard to earn team might when I realized I had a good shot at actually making a few bucks. All was fine until I got to 1200 team might where I was to earn $67. It didn’t credit and o submitted a ticket on free cash to receive my credit but was denied and told it was by the game developer who denies my reward. I met all of the condition and I met them in the correct Timeframe but it seems since the payout is decent, it was decided I won’t be getting paid and no explanation why. After researching and wondering if anyone else has run into this, I found many have. This is a common problem so beware and if you’re playing for cash, don’t spend any money to get it because you could very well end up like me not getting paid with no explanation as to why and out the investment of your own personal money too.
For starters I will say this game is really enjoyable to play. Love the animations and love the 2v2 mode. However I do wish you could play against friends. You can invite friends to play but can’t play against them. I do hope and wish this is a future feature update. I also wish the matchups were alittle more consistently fair. Sometimes you are paired with someone who is double your ranking and it’s like wow you don’t even have a chance to beat them. So sometimes the rank matches aren’t accurate. Apart from that I enjoy this game and look forward to future updates.
