Giving four stars out of five only because it took so long to get a solution. I really thought this was a scam. I won $1800 and tried to cash out and they kept giving me excuses as to why I hadn’t received the money yet and then they canceled my redemption. After several attempts to reach out to customer support, it appeared that I was only getting replies. I kept typing live agent and after a couple days, I actually got a live agent. They told me to redeem an amount less than 1000. So I broke up my redemption request to two transactions, and they went through and within five minutes. It was in my PayPal. So it’s not a scam, just redeem in quantities less than 1000 and you should be good. Very happy with the app the payouts and the games.

Actually showed I qualified for the full 500 sc but when the time was up the amount was actually free sc of 2.50 and the balance required a deposit and you had 2 options. One options was a payment of about $15 and you got less than $1sc as a bonus. The other option was to pay them way over $400 and you got about $50 bonus. In case you wonder NOnI did not give them any money for this. They got all of the money from me that they will ever get. I didn’t do full calculations because I have wasted enough time on this game. Oh you had about 45 minutes to give them the money and then the opportunity to give them around $500 was gone. Good riddance!
