This is a amazing app that has helped me sleep and build up how long I can hold my breath which help me in my sport and what’s truly amazing is how it’s completely ad free with the only pay option is a donation which is just crazy to see now a day where apps for a remote to a tv has ads and I have to thank the developer for really helping me relax and find better sleep.

This app has helped me to calm down with repetitive use. I have noticed that I’m less stressed and my energy utilization is better than before. I used to lose energy too fast during the day. My overall sleep has improved too making sure that the body recovers from the day’s activities. The beauty of this app is that it customizable and can make all types cycles depending on what you want to achieve. Being of this app, I have learnt that being Calm is King. Thanks for the app!

Could have a little more data, like what breathing method you use or something else. I feel like I would like more metrics but I love this app and it’s helped me recover from being thrown into serious and acute anxiety. Highly recommend
