Braum's Fresh Market

Went to Braums in Bentonville and had a large order. I saw I could order online and went to the website. It asked for my location, but then the site never gave me an option and so I was stuck. So I downloaded the app to see if I could order through that. I signed up, but when I entered location, the app crashed. And now, if I attempt to open the app, it crashes. So I had to go into the store. And I gathered my order for all of my family. When I went up to the counter, they informed me their grill was broken, so they could only do chicken. I got the rest of my family their food and not mine because I wanted a burger. The workers offered me nothing for my inconvenience. After a while, the food was brought out on a tray. A large amount of food…obviously it wasn’t all for me. I asked for “to go” bags and the lady gave me a long look like I had inconvenienced her. The site is broken, the app is broken and the grill is broken and the service is broken. Extremely disappointing.

Just wish there was a fast food section and more deals available like some buy one get one or buy one get one 50 percent of that’s a big reason why peaple download apps like this pretty good app tho you have done a decent job it looks nice tho when you add the fast food option it would also be nice if we order 5 burgers on the app we’d get like a milkshake for free the next time you go there or buy milk 5 times you can get flavord milk for half price Buy three things of fries get a free chicken sandwich ect You’d probably get more peaple using the app and draw a lot more purchases You could also have something like most bought today or something like did you know we had this suggestions to let your less known stuff get out there Also it would be nice if you guys had some specialty drinks like cream soda Heck y’all don’t even have mountain dew How you gonna have seafood yet you don’t have Mountain Dew also cream soda would be nice Lots of little changes you can work on Also if you like my helpful criticism a penut butter ice cream just cannula ice cream and penut butter would be much appreciated Even if it’s not added hope I was helpful (Also a side note plese keep coconut flakes in your stores the vannila froyo would be amazing with some carmal drizzled on top with a coconut flakes on top i went in awhile back to order that and they said they don’t carry coconut flakes Hence I just had plain vannila frozen yogurt that day XD)

I was hesitant to download this app based on the most recent reviews. After downloading and looking around the different sections of the app, I was impressed. I placed my first order and it said I could pickup ASAP! Wow, that’s a great thing! I usually have to wait 1-3 days with Walmart. Also, the minimum order is only $20. I got an email almost 2 hours before my chosen pickup time and I drove there, checked in on the app and my food was brought out and they put it in my car! Easy peasy! The fruit and veggies were very fresh. I can see using this app weekly.
