BodyWave: Health Tracker

I have had this app now for two weeks. It is not clear if you have an issue who you can contact or even if there is the anyone. There is an email that I have sent numerous times and it comes back. Is not connected. The sleep app worked for four days and then did not work at all. I went online and checked all the different comments to ensure that it was connected properly to my phone. This is a very disappointing I paid $25 for it for the annual fee. There’s no way for me to complain get resolution to my problem and I will never buy another app from this maker.

So far, I love this app. The only thing that would be helpful for me, is if you could change it from being awake during the day to being awake at night. I work night shift. So it’s trying to track me being awake asleep at night, but I’m actually awake. Is there anyway we can fix this so that it’s more accurate for my life actually is.

Not as capable as advertised! Missing all the features I was interested in and cannot track real time with Apple Watch! Every other app offers a trail but this one either locked the ‘pro’ features or you had to get a subscription- there were many subscription options that kept popping up, with the first one offering a trial. I naively thought they all had free trials cause how do you know if you actually like the app!?!? Anyway, I am extraordinarily disappointed with the switch and bai tactics of this company (especially for the market they are in) and disappointed with the app.
