Bites: Food Delivery

Placed an order through the app, received confirmation, and started driving to the restaurant. While I was already on the way, I received a message saying the restaurant was not accepting online orders and that my order had been cancelled. If the restaurant wasn’t accepting orders, the app should never have allowed the order to be placed and confirmed in the first place. The refund is appreciated, but it doesn’t compensate for the wasted time, fuel, and inconvenience. The ordering system clearly needs improvement to prevent customers from making unnecessary trips.

I have been using Bites for the last 3-4 months and am very impressed with their service. They have raised the bar to show that they can provide better service compared to established competitors in the space while reducing the prices for the same items from the restaurants. The notifications are very helpful to keep track of the deliveries. One time there was a missed item from the restaurant and bites customer service was very helpful in promptly reaching out to figure out and refund back promptly.

We order from delivery providers for dinner often and end up paying exorbitant fees. Bites offers the lowest price on all food products and let’s you save with rewards! Delivery finally makes sense and it’s on time!
