It will not take my userid/password, you said I could continue to userid password. The app is on my iPad only and if I use saved passwords on the iPad, it doesn’t work, I have to use the iPhone saved password, to get the app to work and both are exactly the same

Words fail me in describing how miserable this app is. Even when it worked it had a terrible human interface, but every week I encounter a new outrageous bug. At this point it’s almost impossible for me to read the paper. The newest failure causes the app to quit whenever you reach the end of one article and attempt to swipe to the next one. No worries, though, because the clicking handy App Support button on the Apple App page for the SunHerald app — or trying to find a link to report a bug in the app itself or on the SH web site — leads you on a wild goose chase. There IS no support or bug report for this app. Give up and subscribe elsewhere — these guys don’t seem to be interested in anything other than billing.

I agree with bible user 2. This app is terrible compared to the one used previously. I loved printing the puzzles but this app prints them so small I can’t even read them. Also, it may be my internet but each page takes several seconds to buffer which takes the joy out of just being able to read the paper. For us older eyed folks, being able to expand the screen was much easier in the older version. This one cuts off the page, instead of letting you just move around. Sorry for the gripe, but please bring back Olive software.
