This is the worst app and please don’t download the App because they have got the worst customer service in the world. I have ordered through the App and I made the order payment through PHONEPE UPI and the order is in process state for 2days and when I call the customer service they say that your order is billed and in pickup stage and it will be delivered today or tomorrow and overnight my order gets cancelled for no reason. And when you call the customer service they say it takes 10 working days for my refund when there is no problem from my side. These people are harassing customers through these Apps and I have been undergoing lot of depression with this company. And also I have to get refund for another 2orders which are still pending and no response from the company. I am disgusted with delivery service provided by MR10 Store Indore. The order of April 19 is still not processed. It’s the customers duty to pursue help line people for clearance of complaints. The store owes no responsibility at all. Very shameful. Few items were not delivered then I got credit of one item and till rest credit is still pending. Every time you call they ask for 48 hrs time as if customer has made a grave mistake in ordering online. Either improve or you would be out of market pretty soon.

Every time we open the app it ask for your location and a store that is very irritating it should ask only one time and save for ever if user want to change you should give option somewhere in profile
