The previous version was so difficult to make a check deposit because the camera auto pic was inoperable and it would take so many attempts to submit the deposit that I had to set aside time once a month to make my deposits. Now, it takes the picture automatically and I submit it once and it is accepted the first time. No more taking and retaking and denied denied for umpteen times before finally, accepting the deposit and oftentimes I’d get denied so many times with great pictures, that I’d give up and try again another day. Frustrating!? Heck yeah! So this is a HUGE BENEFIT to have corrected this problem in the new version. AND using this app for Easy deposits, easy bill payment and easy Zelle access and immediate information is always available. And I have not one time had fraud detected in my account. Never had a becu card duplicated, and never had any accounts accessed by hackers or other bad actors. Not once in the five years I’ve had a BECU Account. This happened regularly with BOA. And, instead of paying $300 per year in $25 per month fees, I’ve actually BEEN PAID to use BECU for my banking needs! Yes it’s only $20 , but my balances are low, and it’s money COMING IN MY account and not money going OUT every month! Huge win! So much so, that I spread the word to my friends and family, just like my family member suggested I leave the BoA fees and fraud problems behind and switch to BECU. NOT ONCE HAVE I REGRETTED THAT DECISION

I opened an account for my business with BECU when my bank changed their policy after having my account for over 25 years. I want to keep the business open for now even though I’m not doing much with it because small projects still come up. But the new $2,000 minimum in checking was too high to maintain since Covid. BECU doesn’t have a minimum balance required. When I went in to my local branch to open my account I had the nicest people helping me get set up. They’re professional, patient, have the most knowledge about small business, we’re thorough, and most of all friendly. It’s so important to feel like you have a relationship with your bank professionals. It is to me. I even emailed with a question when I went in to move my other accounts over and heard back within an hour. This was all comforting for me as I switch over after years with another company. And to top it off, the online banking is so easy. I needed to change banks and couldn’t feel better about my decision to go with BECU. Seriously a positive experience all around.

Every time I needed help with my account they were so helpful! Someone was taking money out of my account and they asked me question and told me they would close that account and open me a new account with a new BECU Card and when I received it I went to the machine and I couldn’t get it to work because I had both cards and I was using the wrong card! If I was using the right card I would use the wrong Password!😔I went in side and they came right to me and asked me what they could help me with! I told them what I had done and I could not get the money I needed! One of the wonderful man stayed with me and helped me and the other Wonderful man asked me if he could have the old card that didn’t work any more so no one could get in my account I said that would be great and he said he would be right back! 😃The Wonderful man that stayed with me come up with a password that I would remember better! Then when the other man came out told me the card would work for me and the wonderful man that had stayed with me took me to the machine and told me everything I needed to know and then he had me do it and it worked for me! He told me I had done everything right! He also told me they would always be with me! Another wonderful man helped me be able to access my account online! I LOVE BECU AND EVERYONE I HAVE TALKED TO! I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER BANK! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME AND THE WONDERFUL BANK YOU HAVE FOR ALL OF US! 😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
