bebe – Women’s Fashion

First off let me just start with saying I have been a Bebe shopper for years. This new update essentially deleted my account and took away my premier status. I thought this was poorly handled. On a second note the actual app in its new state is not easy to use. I can’t find items as easily, toggle back and forth between items and it is extremely slow to load. I’ve been so frustrated I gave up on looking for stuff. I don’t want to stop shopping at Bebe but part of the reason I did was it’s convenience. Going to have to improve this for me to continue shopping online here.

I love Bebe and the Bebe app. The only negative thing I have to say about the app is that I could get on the app and add things to my cart from the sale section and then I could go on the website and there will be some things in the sale section on the website that weren’t on the app or vise versa. Unless it’s just a weird thing happening to me, but it’s happened about 3 different times now in the past 2 months. But other than that I love Bebe and the app!

When I use the Bebe App, I enjoy my shopping experience because it's user-friendly. I can quickly add the clothing I want to purchase to an electronic shopping cart and checkout without any problems. I am also able to track my order history.
