I have ordered a few pairs of shoes from Tory Burch. I wear a size 10.5 or 11 depending on the style of the shoe. Every pair hurt my feet. I love your shoes and they are just my style I just wish that they could work on getting the sizes correct. I am wanting to give Tory Burch a try but these shoes cost too much to hurt. The quality of you items is impeccable but it’s ridiculous to be in so much pain at the end of the day. Maybe the toe box isn’t roomy enough and not wide enough but please work on this before I simply give up. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback I know I can’t be the only one with this issue.

Zero stars if I could. If the app didn’t crash so much I would buy more! I have to use my MacBook just to shop!! Ugh! The app doesn’t let you add to the wishlist either. You constantly lose your place and it will randomly crash while browsing. I have to keep starting over. Shopping should not be so much work! I just get frustrated and start shopping on other designer sites/apps. Too bad because I love the designs and do not feel like looking for TB on other sites. Spend some money on your tech, you are setting a bad example for other entrepreneurs???!!

We spent 2 hrs hopping there patiently waiting for our shoes... The sales associate are overworked and rude! They are curt, loud, and acts like we are there begging for free shoes! They dont even tell you when the shoes you request are not available.. They just let you sit and wait... The worst part is there were 2 ladies in the store arguing with the sales associate becuz they waited so long... They came and it next to my friend who was trying on her shoes... Becuz we were vietnanese, they assume we were all from the same group and called security and kick us all out of the store! After 2 hrs of waiting.. The store manager who was blacked did not help.. She herself was arguing with customers too! She cant manage and should be fired for not diffusing the problem... Horrible place to shop for such a reputable store chain!!!
