Is this app safe to purchase? Cuz I’m really about to make a big purchase, and if it doesn’t work I don’t want to loose my money nor waste my time in this ? Can someone please tell me?

Was so happy at the first place put my order and was exited they did offer a tracking number, order arrived incomplete with only one thing of what I ordered and a receipt for that wish was $21 and some cents well they charge me the entire order and sent me just that receipt have trying to get in touch with costumer service and looks like there is nobody on the other side over 55 minutes waiting on the phone and when I tried to use the chat it says authentication failed well well this doesn’t look right to me lost my money here!!!

It gets stuck A LOT! Constantly! To be honest ALL the Guess apps are like this. You can’t even shop. And when you look at an item and try to go back to the full list of items again, it sends you to the beginning of the list, so frustrating because you have to go through all of the items you already saw to find where you left of. I deleted it and kept using the website instead of the app. If you’re going to have an app this bad, just get rid of it, I bet this affects sales. I know I decided not to make my purchase when I got too frustrated with it before deleting it.
